Upon becoming a world class teacher, Caleb realised his life purpose was to share this transformative practice with the world and help others realise their fullest potential.

Jarod is a writer, personal trainer and wellness coach. Together they created a platform for sharing the ancient practice and philosophy of yoga for the modern day man. And so, Wellness Warrior was born.

Bloomsbury

Book Deal

Wellness Warrior founders, Caleb Jude Packham and Jarod Chapman, have secured a book deal with Bloomsbury Publishing to write a guy-friendly guide for yoga newbies - to be released spring 2022.

Do you have to be spiritual to do yoga?


Sattva Yoga is a spiritual practice but you don’t have to be spiritual to do it. You can belong to any faith, or not (yes atheists, we’re speaking to you) and still reap the benefits of yoga.
