Our Warrior Fit classes are designed to compliment your yoga practice by building strength, power and endurance.
Your coach Caleb will keep things fun and motivating as he guides you through ever changing sequences of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to enhance your physical and mental fitness. And it doesn’t matter what fitness level you’re at - each workout is tailored for all bodies and abilities, helping you to progress throughout your 12 week programme.

What you eat and when you eat it will play a vital role in your 12 week wellness reboot. With all the confusing and conflicting information out there about nutrition, it’s easy to become overwhelmed - but don’t worry, Wellness Warrior is here to show you how to plan, enjoy and stick to a healthy diet.
Following a four day food diary analysis, you’ll receive a customised nutrition plan with calorie and macro targets, helping you to build muscle and reduce body fat, whilst managing and improving many health conditions, such as digestive health, fatigue and immune dysfunction.
