Terms and Conditions for Balance Festival's Wellness Warrior Competition:

1. The Balance Festival Wellness Warrior Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is open to all individuals who subscribe to Wellness Warrior during the Balance Festival event.
2. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Competition will run for a period of three days, starting from Friday May 19, 2023 and ending on Sunday May 21, 2023. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. To enter the Competition, participants must subscribe to Wellness Warrior during the specified three-day period. Subscription can be completed by providing the required information via the designated subscription method.
5. By subscribing to Wellness Warrior, participants will automatically be entered into the Competition for a chance to win an £800 wellness pack (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize").
6. The Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition period. The draw will take place after the closing date and will be conducted by a representative of Wellness Warrior.
7. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the subscription process within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond to the notification and provide the necessary information within 72 hours to claim the Prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. The winner's name will be announced on Sunday, May 21, at 9:00 PM BST on Wellness Warrior's official Instagram page (@wellnesswarrior.yoga).
9. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable, Wellness Warrior reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. The Competition is open to participants aged 18 years or older. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Balance Festival and Wellness Warrior, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
11. By entering the Competition, participants grant Wellness Warrior the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without any further compensation.
12. Wellness Warrior reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
13. Wellness Warrior shall not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process.
14. By participating in the Competition, participants release Wellness Warrior, Balance Festival, and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to the Competition and the Prize.
15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
16. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By participating in the Balance Festival Wellness Warrior Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
